These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of invertdisc.com (the "Site") and any related services, content, and features (collectively, the "Services") provided by Invert Disc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

2) No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site or in the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. NFTs and digital assets can be highly volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3) Accounts

• You may create an Invert Disc account using an email and password to forge, view your collection, and appear on the leaderboard.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4) Custody Model

• By default, NFT mints are sent to a single platform wallet on Polygon. Ownership is recorded against your account in our database.
• You acknowledge that your "ownership" of a Disc is virtual until you withdraw it on-chain (a feature that may be added in the future).
• We reserve the right to introduce a self-custody flow at our discretion.

5) Purchases and Payments (Wert)

• Purchases are processed through Wert, a third-party payment provider.
• By purchasing through Wert, you also agree to Wert's terms, policies, and any KYC/verification steps required by them.
• We do not store your card details. Payment processing, chargebacks, and identity verification are handled by Wert.

6) Minting and Delivery

• Invert Disc NFTs are minted on the Polygon blockchain.
• When your purchase completes successfully, the NFT is minted on-chain and assigned to your account in our database.
• Delivery depends on blockchain confirmations and third-party services. We are not responsible for network congestion, RPC outages, wallet issues, or third-party downtime.

7) Blockchain Transactions Are Final

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You acknowledge that:

• We cannot undo, refund, or reverse on-chain transfers once confirmed.
• You are responsible for verifying any details shown in the checkout flow before confirming.

8) Fees and Pricing

Pricing is displayed in USD/USDC. Network fees (gas), payment processing fees, and exchange rate differences may apply depending on the payment route and provider. You are responsible for reviewing any final totals shown in the checkout flow before confirming.

9) NFT Utility and Roadmap

Any gameplay, utility, perks, access, or future features described on the Site (including PvE, PvP, trading, and arena modes) are aspirational and may change. We do not guarantee that any specific utility, feature, integration, or roadmap milestone will be delivered.

10) Intellectual Property

• The Site design, text, artwork, branding, and code (excluding third-party libraries and open-source components) are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content except as permitted by law or by a written license from us.
• Ownership of an NFT does not necessarily grant you ownership of all underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated.

11) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Services.
• Bypass access controls or interfere with security features.
• Use bots or automation to abuse purchases, sign-ups, or site functionality.
• Impersonate others or provide false information in connection with payments.

12) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. We may also modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

13) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invert Disc and its affiliates, partners, and team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen jurisdiction. (You should replace this section with your actual governing law and venue once you decide, ideally with legal counsel.)
